• Products can be returned free of charge, no matter the reason.

You have 7 calendar days to return products from the following categories:

• Merchandise

• Tickets

The period starts from the date of delivery of the product.

Products sold by independent vendors at the FEELn festival are covered by their exchange and return policies.

PRODUCT STATUS

If you don't want the product or if it's different from what you ordered:

• It must not be cracked, scratched or with other signs of misuse.

• Must have all original accessories and manuals in good condition.

• The product box is whole and without tears.

If the product has a problem or is incomplete:

• When returning it and checking it, it must be in the same conditions as described in the claim.

Can I exchange a product?

Although we cannot exchange your product, you can return it and get your money back to make another purchase
